7-Day Pearl River Delta Highlights Tour: Guangzhou-Zhuhai-Shenzhen

Welcome to Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong Province. You will be met and transferred to your Guangzhou hotel upon arrival. Enjoy your free time to explore if you arrive early. 

After hotel breakfast, you will head to Yuexiu Park to visit this vast green space and see the Five Rams Statue, the iconic symbol of Guangzhou.

Then go to Museum of Nanyue King, which displays the history of Guangzhou 2000 years ago.

Afterwards, you will move to Chen Clan Ancestral Hall (Chen Jia Ci), which is well-known for the exquisite carvings, pottery, and ironwork of this masterpiece of traditional Cantonese architecture.

In Shamian Island, you will stroll through the quiet, tree-lined streets and admire the well-preserved European colonial buildings.

Cantonese Dim Sum lunch is included at local restaurant.

At Huacheng Square, you will view the modern Guangzhou and the 600-meter Canton Tower.

Note: Museum of Nanyue King closes on Mondays and Chen Clan Ancestral Hall closes on Tuesdays, we will arrange to visit Sacred Heart Cathedral instead if it is closed.

In the evening, enjoy Pearl River Cruise sailing along the amazing lights along the river.

After breakfast, you will take about 2-hour car ride to Gulong Canyon that is situated in Qingyuan.

Upon arrival, you will start to walk on the path to the Nine-waterfall, the nine waterfalls fall from the top of the hill and create an impressive picture.

Then you will walk on the Glass Walkway(520m) and Glass Bridge(329m) to view the canyon under the glass,  then you will get to the Glass UFO Platform(202m),  where you can view the wonderful waterfall running from the high mountain to the canyon. The Glass UFO Platform suspends 72 meters in the sky and is inscribed No.1 for its suspension span in the world.  

Later, you will be transferred back to Guangzhou hotel.

Travel to Zhuhai by 2-hour car ride. You will walk along the Lover's Road, a beautiful coastal pathway. Then you will head to Zhuhai Fisher Girl Statue to see the famous statue that symbolizes the city.

View the Zhuhai Grand Theater, affectionately known as The Crescent Moon, which is the iconic landmark of Zhuhai and a masterpiece of modern architectural design. Situated uniquely on the secluded island of Yeli Island, it is surrounded by the waters of the South China Sea, creating a stunning visual both day and night.

In the afternoon, visit New Yuanming Palace (Yuanming New Park). It is partial reconstruction of the Old Summer Palace in Beijing, setting against a beautiful hill and lake landscape.

Enjoy your hotel breakfast, then take 2-hour car ride to Shenzhen. You will hike up Lianhuashan Park, the gentle slope for a truly fantastic view of the Futian CBD skyline, featuring the iconic Ping An Finance Centre. It's a perfect contrast to the historical sites seen in Shenzhen.

Take a rapid lift in the 599.1-meter Ping An Finance Centre to the sightseeing floor, where you will have a bird view of Shenzhen.

Visit Nantou Old Town to learn the old history about Shenzhen.

In the evening, you can explore the Futian/COCO Park area to experience the vibrant nightlife of Shenzhen's central business district.

Full Day: Dedicate the day to one of Shenzhen's famous theme parks.

Option A: Window of the World, features detailed replicas of over 130 famous global landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Taj Mahal, and Niagara Falls. Great for photography and a "around the world in a day" experience.

Option B: Happy Valley, a premier amusement park packed with thrilling roller coasters, water rides, and live performances. Ideal for families and adventure seekers.

Option C: China Folk Culture Village and Splendid China, showcase the incredible diversity of China's ethnic groups, their traditional architecture, customs, and cultures in one single location.

Today is departure day, we will arrange the Shenzhen Airport or Shenzhen/Hong Kong border transfer as per your flight plan. Moreover, we can arrange the transfer to Shenzhen North Station to catch 40-minute bullet train ride back to Guangzhou. Tour ends today.
