Dujiangyan Panda Base, the official name is The China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda Dujiangyan Base, is located about 58km from the city Chengdu in Sichuan Province, China. It is a post-earthquake reconstruction project in Sichuan Wolong Nature Reserve funded by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.
It covers an area of 760 mus with various building to protect the giant pandas. Visitors can walk around and look at pandas in their enclosures. Compare to the Chengdu Panda Base, it is less popular.
