Li River


Li River is a picturesque river with a length of 164km. Li River, 漓江 in Chinese, is a tributary of Pearl River in Guangxi Province. Due to its clear water, amazing Karst mountains, and rice paddies, it is attractive for travelers from all of the world. The best view of Li River is in Yangshuo, Guilin. It is a pleasant experience to take a local bamboo raft along the Liver from Nine-Horse Hill to Yangdi. There are cruises from Guilin to Yangshuo nearly everyday, which are optional to choose regular, luxury boats allowing you to view the stunning mountains and river on the top deck with lunch included.

Another tributary of Li River is Yulong River that is near the county Yangshuo, where you can take local bamboo raft to see the best part of the Yangshuo. Moreover, Xionggong Hill is another option to overlook the Li River from the top.
