China is a vast country with a population of over 1.3 billion, there are very developed network of railway to link most of the big cities in China. When you travel to China, probably you will take trains from destination to destination, you might want to know the information about trains.

There are different classes on the train including Deluxe Soft Sleeper, Soft Sleeper, Hard Sleeper, Soft seat, Hard seat from high to low standard. Currently there are more bullet train and fast trains in China.

Deluxe Soft Sleeper
There are deluxe soft sleepers on a few trains that are equipped 2 bunk beds, sofa and private toilet in the cabin. Sheet, pillow and quilt are offered.

Soft Sleeper
There are 4 bunk beds in one soft sleeper cabin, no private toilet, each cabin has a cabin door. Sheet, pillow and quilt are offered.

Hard Sleeper
There are 6 bunk beds in one hard sleeper cabin, no private toilet, most of hard sleepers no cabin door.Sheet, pillow and quilt are offered.

Soft Seat
There are much bigger seat space for the soft seat carriage than hard seats. Not every train has soft seat.

Hard Seat
The cheapest price on the train is the hard seat.

Bullet train and soft train
There are bullet trains and fast trains to link many cities currently in China, which run over 200--300 km per hour.
